Kosovo War occurred from 1998-1999. During the post-war period rapid development has occurred and sparked rapid private development throughout Pristina, Kosovo.
Mapping Stereotypes
This is a really stellar look at how certain countries stereotype the areas around them in Europe, including one on how Americans look at Europe. Completely off topic, but cool.
